Noir is our labor of love, founded by husband-and-wife team Tim and Louise Wirick to bring our idea of the perfect cocktail lounge to life. We dreamed of a spot in downtown Kansas City where great drinks, comfortable seating, and good conversation with friends would come together in one welcoming space.
